Product FAQ - How to Use It

1) Load & zip
Place your shoes inside the laundry bag, add a small amount of detergent to the washer drum, and zip the bag fully.

2) Choose settings
Select a gentle/delicate cycle with cool or low-temp water. Liquid detergent or a pod is ideal. Skip bleach and fabric softener.

3) Start the wash
Let the machine do the work—the bag cushions and protects your shoes.

4) Dry your shoes
Air-dry for best results. If needed, tumble dry on low with the shoes still in the bag, or use a shoe dryer.

Quick tips

  • Remove laces/insoles for faster drying.

  • Add a couple of towels to balance the load.

  • One pair per bag for a thorough clean.

1) When will I hear back after I contact you?
We reply to messages in the order received and aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

2) Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been packed or handed to the carrier, we can update the address. Contact us ASAP with your order number. Once a label is created or the package is in transit, address changes must be requested directly with the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.

3) How long does order processing take?
Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. During launches, holidays, or sales, processing may take 3–5 business days.

4) What are the typical delivery timeframes?
Shipping time begins after processing. Estimated windows:

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days
    Customs, remote locations, or carrier delays can extend these estimates.

5) Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. Duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. Transit times vary by destination and season.

6) My item arrived damaged/incorrect—what now?
We’ll make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our policy.

7) How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Can’t find it? Check spam/promotions, then reach out and we’ll resend the details.
