Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photos. Once verified, we will happily provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Since returning items can be time-consuming and expensive, we do not require you to send the product back. Instead, we ask that you safely dispose of or donate the item after your refund or replacement has been confirmed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, not manufacturing or shipping.

  • Orders where no photo proof of the issue is provided.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us. After verifying with the carrier, we will arrange a refund or replacement for you.
